Dear World,

I would like to use MacX V1.2 to emulate my X-Windows display from my
Silicon Graphics UNIX IRIX 5.3. I would like to know if MacX supports X11R5.
I know Exodus Whitepine can, but it costs almost 3 times the price of a
MacX.

Hi.  I have a somewhat unusual request:  I am working with a friend on a
project related to the old 8-bit videogame Odyssey II, which was popular
from 1979 to 1984.  We’re trying to get info info on it – like its
microprocessor and BIOS – to write a PC emulator.  We would dump the
cartridges to disk, so eventually we would have one disk with a PC O2
emulator with every O2 game ever made on it!

However, this would be a heck of a lot easier if someone out there could
provide some info on the O2 microprocessor – or knows anyone who used to
work on the O2.  Any info would be much appreciated.

Even more obscure request:  I am looking for the following Odyssey II
games: Power Lords Atlantis Pink Panther Frogger Q-Bert Popeye Super Cobra
These were the last games ever made for the O2 .

I need some help locating a program which will allow my IBM to read Mac disks
(high density and low density).
Does anyone know where I could obtain this program?  I know where there is a
commercial program to do this but I hate to pay $130.00 when I suspect that
someone has written one as shareware.

  I’ve got XFORMER 2.0 and i don’t know how to run prg files that
i downloaded from ftps. And it seems strange, usually binary
executable files for atari are OBJ files not PRG files. Is it OKay ?

Any Apple II veterans out there?  

I need a comm package for an Apple II that emulates a vt100 or vt102.  
What I need most, is that the arrow keys work – so we can use Lynx to
search the WWW on our Unix Internet host.  Sorry to ask about such an
old machine, but it would help out our school!  :)

It seems that some comm packages for the Apple II that give vt100 ability
do not support the arrow keys.
